Class Description
The purpose of this class is to perform facilitation and instruction for job seekers within Job Network, functional program-serving students with life and employment challenges within Continuing Education at the college.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree and two (2) years of full time experience working in career development, teaching workshops, or facilitating courses Or Associates degree and four (4) years of full time experience working in career development, teaching workshops, or facilitating courses. Experience working with individuals who have barriers to employment (for example, childcare challenges, transportation limitations, and/or recipient of benefits through the Department of Social Services).Preferred experience facilitating virtual classes and/or workshops.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
