Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Facilities and Capital Projects, this position leads the department's budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis to ensure accurate planning, effective financial operations, and decision-ready reporting across facilities operations and capital activity.

- Budget Development, Forecasting, and Monitoring (Operations, Utilities, Construction, Major Maintenance)
- Accounting Operations & Transaction Oversight (AP, Invoicing, Journal Entries, Account Set-Up)
- Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, and Close Support
- Variance Analysis & Financial Decision Support
