Serving as a key point of contact for faculty within an assigned portfolio, the Faculty HR Associate responds to inquiries that require a strong working knowledge of HR policies and procedures. The Faculty HR Associate collaborates closely with the college, the Office of Global Services, and the Office of General Counsel to support immigration processes for faculty and part-time lecturers, and works with the broader HR team to ensure an efficient intake of materials and coordination of H-1B, J-1, STEM-OPT, Permanent Resident, and other immigration-related applications as required.
