Departmental Objective: The Housing Department ensures that student-housing facilities are well maintained, clean and safe for the students of CNU.

Purpose of the Position: This position will maintain various floors by performing floor maintenance duties using various floor maintenance equipment and supplies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Related to Position:

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
• Skilled in the use of floor maintenance equipment and supplies
• Good organization skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively and to maintain positive relations with faculty, staff and students

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma

Experience: Experience with floor maintenance and floor maintenance equipment; Experience with cleaning methods and cleaning supplies; Drivers license is required

Salary Information: Starting at $31,200, Commensurate with Education and Experience
