"Foundations 1 (F1) Assessment and Evaluations Analyst"

The F1 Assessment and Evaluations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the development of our future physicians in the San Joaquin Valley by working closely with program leaders and faculty to ensure students have a positive learning experience in the UCSF Bridges F1 Curriculum. In collaboration with the Chair of the Department of Medical Education, the F1 Assessment and Evaluations Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the student assessment and program evaluation activities for the medical school portion of the SJV PRIME+ program. The F1 Assessment and Evaluations Analyst supports the implementation of the assessment program components within the UCSF Bridges Curriculum, while tracking that students are progressing and meeting competencies of the F1 phase of the curriculum. They participate in cross-team efforts for continuous quality improvement and adoption of new tools and systems to improve the overall operations of the unit. NOTE: This is a 2 years Remote Contract 25% role (2 hours per day Monday - Friday). The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $83,700 - $125,600 (Annual Rate).
