Future Student Advisors engage with prospective domestic and international students and their families with enquiries about study options at Bond University across multiple channels, including walk-in, telephone and digital channels. As the first contact point for prospective students, you will be expected to resolve a variety of questions along with using a consultative sales approach to troubleshoot enquiries in the broad fields of recruitment and sales, relationship management, study options at Bond and program application assistance. 

Reporting to the Team Lead, the position of Future Student Advisor will assist in driving student recruitment for the University with a strong focus on consistently delivering premium experiences to increase conversion percentage.

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience will be ideal. Additionally working for a premium brand, higher education product knowledge is desirable.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $83,210.75 plus 12% superannuation per annum. 

Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
