Graduate Assistant, Lacrosse
Job Description
The Graduate Assistant, Lacrosse will support the Head Coach in all aspects of managing the lacrosse program. This is a non-coaching, administrative position. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the athletic and academic development of student-athletes and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support by managing all aspects of team travel, including transportation, lodging, and meals.
- Coordinate, organize, and manage special events, such as team meals, post-game meals, alumni events, and fundraising activities.
- Assist the coaching staff with equipment management and inventory control including the ordering, reconciliation, and distribution of team gear.
- Assist in the filming, uploading, and cutting of game and practice film.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, working effectively within a culture of individuals with diverse backgrounds, styles, abilities, and motivations.
- Abide by and comply with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference rules, academic standards, requirements, and policies of the Department of Athletics and University.
- Contribute to the overall success of the University's intercollegiate athletics program by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requires irregular work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited 4-year college or university
- Past playing and/or coaching experience in the sport of men's lacrosse
- Admittance into a Bellarmine University graduate program
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
