About the opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader in College Services which forms part of the College of Health and Medicine (CoHM).

The Team Leader will lead the provision of frontline service in a fast paced, high-volume environment, and will be responsible for the delivery of critical, day-to-day service-related activities for CoHM. 

The Team Leader will engage and lead a team to provide a seamless service delivery, particularly focused on contributing efficient, lean and responsive processes to support the day-to-day operations CoHM. 

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and allocate duties to members of the College Services Team
• Actively contribute to and lead a superior service culture and identify continuous improvement opportunities. 
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to support the service requirements of the College in a consistent manner.
• Contribute to enhancing business systems, policies and procedures of the College.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor­.

Salary details

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 6 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $113,029 comprising base salary within the range of $89,091 to $96,606 plus 17% superannuation.
