Essential Job Functions

• Provides pediatric clinical mentorship and observational opportunities for graduate OT students.
• Conduct developmental evaluations for infants and young children that are age appropriate including the ADOS, Bailey, and others based on the Growing Well Clinic Algorithm
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental level and needs if appropriate.
• Provide direct therapy when appropriate
• Support early identification of developmental delays and disorders through standardized screenings and assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-including physical therapists, speech language therapists, pediatricians, and family navigators-to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide parent coaching and education where appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care planning meetings, case conferences, and quality assurance initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disorders or delays
• Training in early intervention or Part C programs
• Bilingual or multilingual (especially Spanish or other locally spoken languages)
• Experience with high-risk infant follow-up or NICU graduate populations

Work Schedule/Hours: M-F; 8:am - 5:00pm
