Head Women's Flag Football Coach – Job Description
ATCC is starting a Women's Flag Football team! Hiring now for a coach to assist in the planning and development of the new athletics program and to begin recruiting players for the inaugural season in spring 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Player Development— Train and mentor student-athletes, fostering skill growth and competitive performance.
- Tournament Planning— Schedule, attend, and oversee team participation in local, regional, and national tournaments.
- Travel Coordination— Arrange transportation, including driving students in and out of state for competitions.
- Budget Management— Oversee program expenditures, ensuring financial responsibility within allocated funds.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for collegiate flag football. Interested candidates should demonstrate coaching experience and commitment to student-athlete success.
- Collaboration with Athletic Directors— Work closely with the athletic department to align program goals with broader institutional objectives.
- Academic Monitoring— Track student-athletes’ academic performance, supporting success in both athletics and coursework.
- Annual Training Completion— Fulfill state-required ELM training annually.
Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive experience in athletics as a coach or player relating to football and knowledge of collegiate women's flag football.
Preferred Qualification:
Former experience as a player in flag football.
