Job Summary:

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has an opening for a 1.0 FTE faculty at the rank of Senior Instructor to provide inpatient OB/GYN care at the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital, as a member of the General Obstetrics and Gynecology Division. This position will be responsible for providing both obstetric and gynecologic care and surgery in the acute inpatient setting. The hospitalist will support all established obstetrical practices with care of their inpatients, as well as assume responsibility for all unregistered or walk-in patients.

Hospitalists will be on duty, comprised of 12-to-24-hour shifts, and work as a team to provide continuous coverage.

Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

• Board-eligible OBGYN, Colorado Medical License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Meets criteria for Senior Instructor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of clinical OBGYN experience post-residency
• Experience in high volume/high-risk obstetrics

Anticipated Pay Range:

The hiring range for this position has been established as: Senior Instructor: $252,500
