Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Non-benefited)

Timeframe: Oct 1, 2025 - December 15, 2025

Shift: Monday-Wednesday 6 hours per day / actual hours each day to be a flex start time (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch)

Regular Days Off: Thursday-Sunday

Supervision Received: Reports to the Director of Human Resources

Supervision Exercised: None

Salary: $20.00 per hour

General Statement of Duties:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join our team on a temporary contract. This role supports daily HR operations and plays a key part in keeping things running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Essential:
  • Answer incoming HR-related phone calls and direct inquiries as needed
  • Monitor and respond to HR emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Employee Transcript Monitoring
  • Employee Registrar Reporting
  • Create and maintain accurate and confidential personnel files
  • Oversee and update the HR calendar, including tracking key dates and events
  • Provide support in the hiring process, including interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including but not limited to preparing materials and delivering presentations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
