Provide timely and professional first level IT support to Computer Science instructional faculty and to Computer Science undergraduate students.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Unix operating system. Ability to troubleshoot simple computer problems. Excellent communication skills.
