Flagler College invites applications for a full-time faculty position in accounting (open rank) to begin August 2026. The desired candidate will have a strong record of teaching as well as student mentorship, scholarship, and service. We seek a colleague who demonstrates an enthusiasm for teaching in an undergraduate liberal arts environment. Teaching responsibilities include introductory and upper-level accounting courses as well as courses in support of other Business program areas. This is a full-time position with an annual teaching load of 4/4. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with rank and experience. Future promotion in rank is based upon review and evaluation of the successful candidate’s teaching, professional development, and service in accordance with Flagler College’s guidelines. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in a business related field with a minimum of 18 student credit hours in Accounting.
