Mount Aloysius College, repeatedly recognized by ModernThink as a “Great College to Work For,” seeks highly qualified candidates with Medical Imaging & Radiation Sciences experience to join our team of Medical Imaging & Radiation Sciences faculty at the DuBois, PA location at the start of the Spring 2026 semester.
Current Opening
This open faculty position offers a regular, full-time, 9-month appointment in DuBois, PA with primary teaching obligations during the core academic year from August – May. The successful candidate is responsible for a workload of 24 credit hours or equivalent per academic year, and will teach undergraduate courses in the Medical Imaging & Radiation Sciences (MIRS) curriculum. The opportunity to supervise students clinically during the summer months exists under a separate contract.
Faculty are expected to have a regular presence on campus to engage with students both inside and outside the classroom. Therefore, this position is required to be onsite at the DuBois, PA location 5 days per week; and to participate in meetings/committee work, advise students academically, hold regular office hours, and assist with Departmental initiatives, College events and other activities. There are select days throughout the academic year during which faculty are required to report to Main Campus in Cresson, PA.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certifications in radiography. Bachelor’s Degree required. Documents two (2) years of clinical experience in the professional discipline.
Experience teaching MIRS courses at the collegiate level strongly preferred. Knowledge of curriculum development, instruction, evaluation, and prior experience advising students in the collegiate setting also strongly preferred. Faculty rank is contingent upon qualifications.
This role is not budgeted for visa sponsorship at this time; all candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of submission of their application.
