Primary Purpose:

Provide leadership and oversight for the College Academy, developing strategies and processes to help students achieve their goals.

Qualifications: Education/Certification:

Bachelors degree in education or related field

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of college courses and dual credit opportunities
• Knowledge of TSI preparation and testing
• Knowledge of computer software and online resources
• Knowledge of college entrance requirements and exams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to students, parents, and district staff

Experience:

• Experience at a secondary campus
• Experience in post-secondary planning with students
