Member Experience Specialist II
MEMBER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST II, Credit Union - Contact Center, will be a first point of member contact for branch, online or Contact Center; and offer member information, assistance and solutions addressing financial needs and challenges via email, phone or written correspondence.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of three years of experience; great communication skills, patience, and leadership skills to resolve complicated member issues; and be fully versed in all products and services and able to effectively cross-sell.
PREFERRED: A minimum of one year experience with financial services, cash handling, credit card transactions, and balancing.
Pay Range: $24.28 - $32.90 (Minimum - Maximum)
