Miller Faculty Fellow and Assistant Professor of Philosophy
The Johns Hopkins William H. Miller III Department of Philosophy in Baltimore, Maryland, seeks a philosopher of outstanding international reputation or promise for a tenure-track position as Miller Faculty Fellow and Assistant Professor of Philosophy. The position is for someone who has a PhD in Philosophy, or a closely related field. Priority will be given to a candidate who specializes in early modern philosophy, with significant expertise in the history and philosophy of science, ancient Greek and Roman philosophy, and Chinese philosophy. Job duties will include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in philosophy, conducting research in early modern philosophy, and advising undergraduate and graduate students.
