We are currently recruiting two Officer, DLE Support positions within the Education Portfolio, Division of Education & Students, with an immediate start preferred.


The Officer, DLE Support plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of curriculum data at UTS and supports the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Digital Learning Environment (DLE). 


Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role provides operational, technical and advisory support for curriculum data processes and DLE-related change initiatives. This includes user experience testing, stakeholder engagement, managing data workflows, and the development of scalable support resources. In addition to managing curriculum data workflows, the Officer contributes to the design and optimisation of data processes, ensuring alignment with institutional policy and regulatory requirements. The role also supports strategic reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance digital learning practices across the university.


About You


As the Officer, DLE Support, you will:


• Manage curriculum data requests in line with University policies and external regulations; triage complex curriculum data support requests; provide advice on curriculum data governance and resolve data integrity issues; and create and maintain user guides while providing advice and support for curriculum data. 

• Independently manage and triage complex technology support requests across the Education Portfolio and Divisions; contribute to the design and delivery of user testing for technologies; create and maintain user guides and knowledge bases; and develop and deliver workshops and training for diverse staff cohorts.

• Provide administrative and operational support, including advising the Manager, DLE Capability & Support, on process improvements for educational technology and curriculum data support

1. Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build positive working relationships

2. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation, templates, and curriculum data

3. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

4. Experience working with curriculum data systems and supporting reporting processes

5. Desirable: Experience providing administrative and operational support in an educational or digital learning context.

6. Desirable: Understanding of digital learning environments and technologies used in higher education

Remuneration/SalaryRemuneration & Benefits


Base Salary Range: $97,332 to $105,385 pa (HEW 6)


This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time appointment and will be offered on a fixed-term basis for 6 months.
