As an Operational Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of student and learning systems across the University. You'll engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, translate these into opportunities, and facilitate prioritisation to maximise the value delivered by development teams. This role offers you the chance to drive enhancements, support feature development, and ensure high standards in delivery, all while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with business stakeholders to capture needs and define outcomes for development opportunities
  • Facilitate Prioritisation and Delivery: Continuously prioritise team backlogs to ensure focus on valuable work aligned with strategic goals
  • Drive Product Roadmap and Growth: Contribute to defining product roadmaps and growth opportunities, aligning with university strategy and market insights
  • Communicate and Evaluate Features: Present features to stakeholders, using feedback to enhance delivery and ensure high standards
