Position Summary

Austin Peay State University is currently seeking part-time, temporary, adjunct instructors in the area of American and World History. The Department offers both online and on-campus courses and an ability to teach both is prized.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach Early World History, Modern World History, Early US History and Modern US History depending on the needs of the department.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Minimum Qualifications

• MA in History, or MA in a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in history.
• A background search will be required of the successful applicant.
