Peer Mentoring & Student Support
- Participate in the development and launch of a peer mentoring program for ESL/HSE learners.
- Provide informal mentoring and encouragement to new and continuing students (answer questions, offer guidance, model effective study habits).
- Connect students to instructors, advisors, and support services when needs extend beyond peer support.
Communication Support
- Assist with creating student-focused content such as short videos and testimonials that highlight class opportunities, success stories, and campus resources.
- Help maintain active communication channels with students (e.g., Sendhub, Modern Campus, email, WhatsApp groups, depending on department needs).
- Support outreach campaigns during enrollment periods.
Student Success & General Program Support
- Help with classroom materials, computer lab support, and navigating digital tools as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings or trainings designed for ambassador development.
- Assist with special projects that enhance ABE/ESL/HSE visibility, student retention, and community building.
