Permanence-track Learning Specialist, Ancillary Academic Staff I
The University of Windsor’s Faculty of Nursing seeks applications for a Permanence-track Learning Specialist, Ancillary Academic Staff I, commencing as early as January 1, 2026. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Graduates from the Faculty of Nursing are highly respected. The Faculty offers BScN, MScN, MN, and PhD programs. The incumbent will prepare and administer experiential and simulated laboratory programs for various learners, teach diverse student populations, and report to the Dean.
The successful candidate will have: current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario; a graduate degree in Nursing; at least five years of clinical and/or teaching experience; experience with mentorship; three to five years in a simulation lab; expertise in clinical education; and strong communication, interpersonal, administration, and leadership skills.
Compensation: The salary range is outlined in Article A Table A.1 of the current Collective Agreement with the Windsor University Faculty Association. A full range of benefits, including pension and medical, are available.
