- Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within vocational or tertiary education, including interpreting and advising on policy and procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally and sensitively with students, academics, clinical partners and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills across MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems. Experience with InPlace will be highly regarded.
