ACU's Global portfolio plays a key role in enhancing the global reach of the university by developing international partnerships, driving the recruitment of international students, fostering global research collaborations, and promoting ACU's international profile.

Reporting to the Provost, the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor (PVC) (Global) is a key senior university executive responsible for leading and implementing the university's international strategy. The role holds overall responsibility for all facets of the university's internationalisation strategy and implementation, including global partnerships, student mobility, international student recruitment, admission and support and has oversight of the Rome Campus.

The PVC (Global) will lead a large team involved in developing and implementing market plans with a focus on transnational education and will enhance the University's global reach by developing international partnerships, driving the recruitment of international students, fostering global research collaborations, and promoting ACU's international profile. The PVC will also ensure that the delivery of effective services to faculties, the research portfolio, and students, while complying with legislative and regulatory obligations and aligned to the University's mission and objectives.

We are seeking a contemporary executive leader in global education, with relevant post graduate qualifications and substantial relevant international experience in the Higher Education sector. Proven experience in leading the development of global partnerships, programs and in opportunity identification, while building strong education and research partnerships with government, university and industry sectors is vitally important. The ability to influence, engage and collaborate will be complemented by innovative thinking and strong capabilities in leading complex initiatives, change management and service enhancement.
