Provide live support to lecturers and presenters remotely to facilitate synchronous distance education. May be required to possess a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle from the TTU/TTUHSC motor pool to perform the job.

Major/Essential Functions

• Interpret event schedules and build, monitor, and support video calls across campuses.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously by multitasking and prioritizing efficiently.
• Test AV and video conferencing equipment upon request.
• Provides phone support for live event management and troubleshooting.
• Maintain, clean and organize work station in order to produce the best possible video conferences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in related field and one-year documented qualifying experience in related field.
