Position Summary

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UT San Antonio)... seeks a dynamic and student-centered leader for the role of Professor of Practice. This individual will lead efforts in academic and programmatic development for the EdD program... 12-month faculty appointment... teaching 3 classes per semester (3/3)... Salary: $60,000 annualized plus compensation for serving as Graduate Advisor of Record (GAR).

• A minimum of five years of professional experience...
• A record of successful teaching at the graduate level...
• Demonstrated understanding of the unique challenges...
• Proven experience in supporting student success initiatives...
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills...
• This position requires the ability to maintain the security...

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience chairing or serving on doctoral dissertation committees.
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.
• Experience with curriculum development... (CPED principles).
• A record of scholarship or professional practice...
