"PT POOL - Psychology Instructor"

Rancho Santiago Community College District is one of the most established districts in the state, serving a diverse population in Orange County. The district includes Santiago Canyon College and Santa Ana College, among other centers.

The position is for a part-time, temporary Psychology Instructor. Responsibilities include teaching assigned classes, maintaining accurate records, assisting in course outlines, and participating in department activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural competency in serving diverse student populations and foster an inclusive classroom environment.

Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in psychology, or a Bachelor's in psychology and Master's in a related field, or equivalent credentials. Additional qualifications involve sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experience with student learning outcomes.
