Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a QUT Entrepreneurship Project Officer (Foundry) to join QUT Entrepreneurship, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.
The QUT Entrepreneurship Project Officer (Foundry) provides high quality administration across a broad range of duties that supports the delivery and administration of entrepreneurship programs and events. The role supports program organization, events and engagements in the foundry spaces and operations of the Office of the PVC Entrepreneurship and Regional Innovation. The role is the primary contact for QUT Entrepreneurship and works closely with the QUT Entrepreneurship Manager as well as space users and others engaged in the delivery of exceptional outcomes in the QUT Entrepreneurship programs, events and mentoring.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in client service to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with staff, students, industry and visitors in the provision of professional client service.
- Well-developed written communication skills with demonstrated ability to draft, proof and edit a range of material including correspondence, reports, letters and creative promotional media.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to meet competing deadlines with a competent degree of accuracy and attention to detail under an appropriate level of supervision.
- Proficient digital literacy skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email and databases.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, show initiative and work productively in a small team.
- Demonstrated engagement in continuous improvement programs.
