Job Summary
Assists academic advising to serve as a point of contact for information about university degree requirements. Provide administrative support by processing requested changes to students' DegreeWorks audits. Maintain accurate records for student populations, university events, and projects.
Responsibilities
- Update BANNER with attributes to show completion to degree in DegreeWorks for Graduate and Undergraduate students
- Update students' DegreeWorks audits with adjustments and Petitions for Academic Exception
- Communicate with advisors and other stakeholders regarding DegreeWorks audit questions
- Maintain accurate student information in Banner
- Audit and confirm completion of degrees for the University
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
Three (3) or more years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Experience
Experience with Banner and DegreeWorks
Proposed Salary
$19.71 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
