Research Assistant Professor - Research Professor
A position as a Research Assistant Professor is available to study the integration of multi-omics data, digital pathology with clinical outcomes, and the assessment of arterial and arteriolar lesions in kidney biopsies and prediction of cardiovascular risk, in the laboratory of Dr. Matthias Kretzler at the University of Michigan Medical School.
Highly motivated candidates with an MD and MPH are encouraged to apply. Strong evidence of scholarly ability (publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals) is expected. Knowledge and advanced productivity in nephrology research is sought. This individual will exhibit success in taking the lead with a team of investigators. The successful candidate will join a well-established team of diverse researchers and will have the opportunity to develop independent research projects.
