Revenue Operations Professional

Your future begins here - great benefits, great people. Join us today! The University at Buffalo Foundation (UBF) is searching for a Revenue Operations Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Process, record, and reconcile gift and pledges in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and update donor biographical information in fundraising (Affinaquest) database as necessary
• Generate and distribute pledge reminders on a periodic basis
• Oversee and process matching gift claims
• Prepare and enter UBFs monthly recurring payroll deduction gifts
• Import daily philanthropic revenue into accounting system (AccuFund)

This position may also be asked to provide back-up responsibility for:

• Production, review and distribution of daily receipts for all gifts processed by UBF
• Entering service revenue into accounting system (AccuFund)

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree desired.
• Experience using the mail merge function in Microsoft Word is desired.
• Experience with a fundraising database and/or web applications preferred.

Salary Range

$43,000 - $45,000
