Senior Application Administrator, Public Safety Applications

Office of Information Technology

This position directly supports the technology needs of Brown University's Department of Public Safety, a sworn, fully-functioning law enforcement agency operating 24/7 to protect and serve the Brown community.

The Senior Application Administrator within the OIT Public Safety Applications team will serve as a senior position supporting all of the Public safety applications, including but not limited to Brown's access control system (CCure 9000), video security (Genetec), Zetron Communication Solution, Dispatch & Records Management (currently IMC), NICE 911 Voice & Radio Recording Suite, and the RILETS (Rhode Island Law Enforcement Telecommunications System). Responsibilities will include application administration, end user application support, & end user application training for all of the Department of Public Safety's applications.
