• Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 8
• Parramatta South campus, with flexible working arrangements
• Salary: $116,636 – $129,479 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. 

Drive the delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives by providing business analysis support for current and future business needs.

The Opportunity

Play a pivotal role in shaping the University’s future by delivering high-quality business analysis and documentation for complex projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, analyse processes, and develop solutions that support strategic objectives and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact the success of major initiatives and the University’s ability to adapt and thrive. You will lead a small team of Business Analysts, uplifting capability and technical maturity.

What Success Looks Like:

• Drive the identification and documentation of complex current and future state requirements
• Analyse, synthesise, and translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Develop business cases, process maps, and reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals
• Support continuous improvement and the successful delivery of strategic projects

About You

•  Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in business analysis
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis and documentation for complex projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience developing business cases, process maps, and reports
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
