"Senior Campus Planner"

Support and manage the campus, facility and process planning efforts of UNMC and Nebraska Medicine. Validate and analyze system space data. Collaborate with institutional leadership for capital program, divisional and system-wide framework planning.

Lead programming and planning process for large projects or initiatives independently. Review volume, growth, and demographic data for space impacts. Provide oversight and accountability of furniture, finish, and interiors standards.

The Senior Campus Planner provides supervision, development and mentoring for team members, builds client relationships, and ensures stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities include risk mitigation, resource allocation, program and portfolio planning, and quality assurance to support institutional priorities and achieve successful planning outcomes.

Salary Range: $93,200 - $149,100 annual
