Job Description Summary
The primary function of this position is to serve as a senior investigator and to work to advance research and clinical programs. The senior research investigator will work with and under the supervision of the supervisor to advance various anti-cancer immunotherapy programs with special emphasis on gene-engineered T cell therapies, further development of tag based binding systems, preclinical testing that enables IND enablement and writing of documents that support associated filings and grants. In certain instances, the SRI will serve to manage various projects as needed. Position contingent upon funding.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Philosophy, and 5 to 7 years of postdoctoral experience is required.

$79,500.00 - $94,753.00 Annual Rate
Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
