Specialist I, Financial Aid - Part Time
The purpose of this class is to provide front-line coordination of work related to advisement, registration and student services, including student applications, registration, drop/add and financial aid.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma/GED and one-year related experience in a customer service department preferably in higher education or 3 months experience in a college financial aid office.
Positions located on the Essex and Owings Mills campuses
****Some nights and weekends will be required for this position****
- Process, prepare and validate student documents relating to all aspects of the enrollment process.
- Assist with the data management of student enrollment records to facilitate efficient processing.
- Provide personal services to student and others relating to front line enrollment services.
- Perform research to resolve enrollment related student issues.
