Staff Support Associate II/UKHC
Under administrative direction, performs complex and technical secretarial duties for the Department of Rehabilitation Services. This includes but is not limited to: preparation and/or processing of memorandums, letters, monthly reports, statistical reports, departmental minutes, billings, manuals and forms which are used in the department and in-services. Photocopies and duplicates materials. Assures office operations are ongoing i.e., takes phone calls and distributes messages. Distributes incoming correspondence. Maintains current general business files. Orders office supplies and assures upkeep of office storage areas. Maintains current informational bulletin board in office. Performs other related duties as directed. Attends meetings and trainings as required and participates in performance improvement activities. Exhibits personal engagement in Patient and Employee Satisfaction initiatives. Has current understanding of Patient and Employee Satisfaction Scores and goals in work area. Takes ownership for comments as applicable, initiates self and team improvement plans. Fosters and models interdisciplinary team collaboration to achieve desired clinical outcomes and improve culture. Expresses and demonstrates willingness to assist team and other departments during increased capacity by being flexible with schedule and willing to work in other areas, including leading groups in the recovery mall, escorting patients, and monitoring/supervising patients as needed).
