Statistician Intermediate
The Urology Statistician Team is currently looking for a skilled Statistician for the MUSIC collaborative. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- In conjunction with collaborators, determine and carry out an iterative process that defines clinical or quality questions, reviews methods, and presents results.
- Write, edit, and document statistics programs to clean, manage, validate, merge, and analyze data.
- Develop and deliver written, graphical, and verbal presentations of the data.
- Contribute to medical manuscripts in collaboration as a co-author by providing analytic plans, statistical analyses, results, tables and figures.
- Support the collaborative team with quality improvement including patient, physician, and practice reports and presentations including design, implementation, and dissemination of materials.
A minimum of a Master's degree in a recognized field of science or learning which is directly related to this position.
1 - 3 years of professional experience
- Master's degree in biostatistics, statistics, or equivalent
- Prior experience in the medical research field is preferred
- Skills in using statistical analysis software; for example: SAS, R, STATA, or Python
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
