The incumbent coordinates the successful implementation of high quality educational and leadership development programs in support for the College's student success initiative focusing on student engagement. Salary: Range S-I

$36.81 - $44.75 Hourly

$76,574 - $93,075 Annually (based on 40 hours per week)

Initial Salary Placement: New employees start at Step A ($36.81 per hour) or B ($38.65 per hour) on the salary schedule.
