- Permanent/continuing, full-time appointment
- Level 3/4: $58,817 - $74,979 + 17% superannuation

A new opportunity exists for a highly organised Administration Assistant to provide administrative support and reception services to the Director of Institute of Innovative Materials, which includes Intelligent Polymer Research Institute and Institute for Superconducting & Electronic Materials, and general administrative support for the faculty research entities.
This position will require a high degree of flexibility as it contributes to day-to-day administrative tasks, meeting support, maintaining systems and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency within the work area to best meet the administrative needs of the Institute of Innovative Materials.
The Administration Assistant will have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate competence and experience across a range of general office administration tasks.
The successful candidate will require a combination of education and/or training and experience appropriate to the role requirements which are listed in the position description.
