Job Summary/Basic Function:The Athletics Department at SUNY Potsdam is accepting on-line applications for an Assistant Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Coach to assist the Head Coach with all facets of running a successful NCAA Division III Volleyball Program.
Duties May Include And Are Not Limited To:
- Practice planning and implementation; strategic recruiting, scouting, supervision of team travel, budget planning, marketing, monitoring academic progress and success of student athletes.
- Position requires significant travel and availability for nights and weekends.

- Valid Driver’s License
- We are seeking candidates who possess communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with an increasingly diverse array of students and colleagues and who have demonstrated a commitment to creating, fostering and sustaining an inclusive environment in and out of the classroom.
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience playing volleyball at the collegiate level, knowledge of NCAA Division III recruiting rules and regulations, and strong verbal and communication skills preferred.
