Detailed DescriptionAbout the Role 


The Faculty of Law are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Coordinator to join the Deans Unit on a part-time, continuing basis. The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day support and coordination of Faculty of Law partnerships by generating revenue and participating in extensive industry engagement. 


The Partnerships Coordinator will assist with the complex partnership management (both internal and external) and coordination between the faculty, alumni and industry on a global scale. They will ensure efficient and effective management of the Faculty’s professional education and engagement programs, essentially acting as a key external engagement coordinator.


The incumbent will have the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week with the remaining 2 days working from the office. Due to the nature of event work, the occasional need for flexibility of hours may be required.


As the ideal candidate, you will possess:

• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and positive rapport with all levels of staff in the university

• Highly developed time management, organisational and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines

• Excellent written communication skills, including preparing correspondence, reports and presentations as well as organising and handling sensitive and confidential information

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team, to proactively deliver high-quality, timely and accurate outcomes

• Extensive experience in high level administration, executive support, project coordination or similar roles

Remuneration/SalaryBase Salary Range: $92,851 to $100,534 pa (HEW 6) (pro-rata)


This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is part-time (0.6 FTE/3 days per week) and the appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
