The University of Washington’s Department of Chemical Engineering invites applications for one full-time Assistant Teaching Professor (100% FTE).

The Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington has an excellent opportunity for a non-tenured faculty position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor. We offer a highly collegial and collaborative culture, with a range of teaching and curriculum-development opportunities in undergraduate, graduate and professional certificate courses. The portfolio of expected teaching responsibilities will include our course in Interfaces, Surfaces and Colloids along with additional core and elective lecture and laboratory classes. Additional responsibilities will include supporting our teaching laboratory facilities and shared research instrumentation. The successful candidate will be appointed the John C. Berg Endowed Lecturer in Interfacial and Colloid Science.
