Salary package: $87,570 - $102,887 per annum plus 17% Superannuation

Position Overview
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides corporate IT services to ANU staff, students and visitors in support of achieving excellence in research, teaching and public policy. The projects primary goals from 2025 are the replacement of a number of network switches and end user computing devices across the Acton campus. The work of ITS is coordinated with services provided within and by University Colleges and other Service Divisions to form a cohesive, University-wide information services infrastructure.
The ITS TechCon Desktop Project Officer will primarily provide onsite technical support for the project but will also engage in desktops, mobile devices and other systems and devices used by the University. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, building rapport and going above and beyond to provide support.
- Spend time out of the main office, visiting many work areas across our beautiful campus.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related issues.
- Record keeping and documentation as required.
About You
