Job Description

The Curators of the University of Missouri (Sinclair School of Nursing) in Columbia-Missouri are searching for Nursing Faculty to provide clinical, classroom and/or online teaching to students in nursing informatics; develop and deliver a cutting edge nursing informatics course focusing on AI in nursing practice and education; overhaul existing nursing informatics courses at the doctoral levels to integrate the latest trends in health informatics, encompassing AI, user centered design principles, human centered designs, and data visualization; lead the University's nursing informatics research program employing a theory-driven, data informed approach to scrutinize the ramifications of AI in nursing practice and education, virtual reality, and Sensor Data Analysis; and participate in service to the University.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Nursing with an emphasis in Health Informatics; completion of post-doctoral program in Preparing Future Faculty for Inclusive Excellence (PFFIE); and Missouri Registered Nurse licensure eligibility
