Position Purpose

New England College seeks a part-time faculty member to teach the following courses in the undergraduate Theatre program on our Henniker, NH campus.

• Stagecraft I
• Stagecraft II
• The Design Process

Essential Duties Summary

• Engage all students to facilitate and achieve course learning outcomes
• Review and grade all work submitted by students and provide timely and substantive feedback
• Coach struggling students toward success
• Provide in-class experiential learning opportunities in collaboration with the fall theatre production

Additional Compensated Roles to be Determined Based on Applicant Interest

• Serve as Designer for fall production

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Master's degree in related subject area

Preferred Qualifications

Prior teaching and proven record of teaching effectiveness
