Training Coordinator (Temp)
Job Description
Coordinates professional development training for various staff. Provides classroom and one-on-one training. Develops and coordinates individual instruction materials and provides on-site user support. Ascertains needs, researches, develops, coordinates and implements training programs. Designs and writes curriculum. Updates training manuals and maintains current educational materials. Manages training materials and documents in user-friendly formats for various end-users. Maintains appropriate records and documents the planning and implementation of all support instruction, professional development and event attendance, materials and activities. May assist with the recruitment of new program participants. Provides pre-service and continuing education activities. Participates in professional development activities and staff meetings as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and seven (7) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
