Class Description

The purpose of this class is to assist Trio programs with student recruitment and engagement efforts.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma with an overall GPA of 2.5. Preference given to former member of a Trio program.

Class Specific Essential Duties

1. Call eligible students and/or parents to inform them about the benefits of the Trio programs.
2. Send eligible students and/or parents information regarding the Trio programs.
3. Document contacts with students and/or parents and the outcome of those contacts.
4. Represent Trio at information sessions, open houses, campus, school and community based events.
5. Represent and promote the program through social media marketing.
6. Promote the program both on and off campus to prospective participants.
