If so, consider joining the Academic and Student Affairs Division of Innovation and Technology as the Workday Project Internal Communications Manager. Our team interacts with others at all levels of the organization and enjoys constant variety and challenge. We're looking for a seasoned communications professional who models best practices in change management for projects that support student success. If you are an enthusiastic contributor who enjoys being in the middle of important work, wants to help shape organizational change, and are interested in serving as a key contributor to support the institutional migration to a new enterprise resource planning system (ERP), this is the position for you.
What You'll Do and Who We Are Looking For
This position is remote with occasional required on-campus meetings.
Under the direction of the Workday Student Project Manager, the Workday Project Communications Manager oversees internal communications strategies, channels and methods that advance the College's Workday Project communications goals with internal constituents, divisions and departments.
This position serves as the point of contact for field inquiries and requests related to communicating and promoting Workday Project activities internally at the College. The Workday Project Communications Manager works with Marketing & Communication to plan and manage the flow of project and adoption communication to staff and partners within divisions such as Information Technology and Human Resources, updating and improving technical aspects of communications infrastructure, tools, channels, and employee email lists, and collaborating on the creation of guidelines and protocols for staff understanding at all levels.
This role serves as the Workday Project internal communications representative on committees that support and/or organize College-wide events. The Workday Project Communications Manager oversees and manages content and publication of the Workday Project website, an internal communications medium designed for staff.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, Education, Public Affairs, Public Administration, or related area.
- Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible, professional experience in strategic internal communications, including two years (2) of lead or supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday and/or Banner
- "Prosci" certification or other formal training in change management
- Experience embedding training in an overall change management strategy
Success Criteria
Throughout the screening process, you will be evaluated based on the demonstration of these qualifications.
- Experience developing and managing employee-facing communications plans for complex institutional projects
- Experience using internal websites, newsletters, events and other outreach channels to support a project or initiative's success
- Experience liaising with other organizational communicators to adhere to existing protocols and best practices
- Experience working with a communications advisory team of engaged community members
- Experience partnering with diverse constituents in prior work environments; applying cultural competency knowledge and understanding to communications work

How We Determine Initial Salary Placement
Initial salary placement will likely be between the minimum ($77,862) to range midpoint ($95,377). Placement will generally not exceed the mid-point, based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
